Is the site survey really free?
Yes. The UK site survey carries no charge and no obligation. A FlyWei engineer walks your aisles, docks and flows, in person or from your drawings, and comes back with a fleet plan and a quote.
How quickly will FlyWei reply?
Within one business day, from a UK-based engineer or account lead rather than a call centre. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm UK time.
What should I include in my message?
Your company, the site postcode, the sector, a rough timeline and what moves: pallets, totes or shelves, how many per shift, and any WMS or ERP you run. The form captures the first four; the rest goes in the message.
Can I get a price without a survey?
FlyWei does not publish prices, because the number depends on robot class and count, top modules or forks, integration work and the support term. The survey turns those into a quote for purchase, leasing over 3, 5 or 7 years, or hire. To model payback on your own figures first, use the ROI calculator.
Can I see the robots working before I commit?
Yes. FlyWei runs a European demonstration site you can visit, and a UK demonstration facility is planned for 2027. Video demonstrations can be arranged sooner. Choose Request a demo as the subject.
