What is a robot controller (AMR controller)?
A robot controller is the onboard computing unit that runs an autonomous mobile robot's SLAM mapping, navigation, motion control and safety. FlyWei's SRC series controllers power AMRs, AGVs and autonomous forklifts, integrated with M4 fleet management and the RDS dispatch layer.
Which FlyWei controller has functional-safety certification?
The SRC-3000FS is a functional-safety robot controller certified to IEC 61508 SIL 2 and ISO 13849-1 Category 3 PL d, with an SRC-3000FS (Forklift) variant for autonomous forklifts.
What positioning accuracy do the SRC controllers achieve?
Down to ±2 mm with reflector positioning, and ±5 mm / ±1° in standard SLAM navigation, at driving speeds up to 2 m/s.
Do these controllers work with non-SEER robots?
