M4 Copilot
World's First Deployed AI Agent for Multi-Robot Scheduling & Management
What is M4 Copilot?
The M4 AI Copilot is the industry's first intelligent agent to deeply integrate LLM with robotics. Through natural language interaction, it eliminates traditional form-filling and complex configurations.
"Just speak and it works."
When robots malfunction or tasks are blocked, the system can diagnose issues in real time, retrieve data, and proactively generate solutions — all built on the M4 Robotics Foundation Model.
We initially doubted whether LLM were just a gimmick, but the results far exceeded expectations. Her potential to understand business operations made us realise — this time, AI can truly help us manage and control robots.

Frequently Asked Questions — M4 Fleet Management
Does M4 integrate with our existing WMS or ERP?
Yes. M4 connects to warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse control systems (WCS), and ERP platforms via REST API and the VDA5050 open protocol. M4 acts as the orchestration layer — it receives orders from your existing systems and dispatches robot tasks automatically, without requiring you to replace your current WMS. Supported integrations include SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, and custom platforms via standard API connectors.
How many robots can M4 manage simultaneously?
M4 is designed to manage fleets of 1,000+ robots per deployment. It uses MAPF (Multi-Agent Path Finding) algorithms developed over 8 years of R&D to plan conflict-free routes for large mixed-vendor fleets in real time. The platform responds to robot events in milliseconds and has been validated through 4,000+ automated test cases. It holds CMMI Level 3 certification for software development process maturity.
What is VDA5050 and does M4 support it?
VDA5050 is an open communication standard developed by the German automotive industry (VDA) that defines how autonomous mobile robots communicate with fleet management systems. It allows robots from different manufacturers to work together under a single control platform. M4 fully supports VDA5050, meaning you can connect SEER Robotics AMRs alongside robots from other brands — all managed through one interface without vendor lock-in.
What is the difference between M4 and RDS?
M4 is FlyWei's full warehouse management layer — it handles order management, task scheduling, robot dispatch, KPI dashboards, and WMS integration for complete warehouse operations. RDS (Robot Dispatch System) is a lower-level fleet orchestration platform focused specifically on real-time multi-robot traffic management, deadlock resolution, and path planning. M4 includes RDS functionality; RDS is suited to deployments that already have a WMS and only need fleet-level robot control.
