AGV forklift suppliers UK warehouses can buy from split into three channels: the forklift manufacturers' UK arms, the independent dealers and distributors who resell their ranges, and the integrators and robotics makers who supply driverless trucks directly, and this page lists 25 of them with what each one actually sells. Every field comes from the supplier's own website or Companies House on 23 September 2026; where a page does not say, the entry reads not stated. Nothing is ranked and no prices are quoted.

The channel matters because it decides who commissions and services the truck. A manufacturer's UK arm (Linde, Toyota, STILL, Jungheinrich, Hyster, Crown, Mitsubishi Logisnext, KUKA) sells its own automated range with a national service network. A dealer or distributor (Trucks Direct, Stacatruc, Lithium Forktrucks, Oakmount, RARUK, Wise Robotics, Forkway, Hiremech, Radnes) resells one or more makers, adds hire and local engineers, and depends on the maker for automation support. A direct supplier (FlyWei, MotionTech, Balyo, AGILOX, VisionNav, AiTEN, MiR, Global AGV) designs the fleet and supports it, either as a vendor-neutral integrator or as the robot's maker.

Four suppliers state VDA 5050 on the pages checked: FlyWei, Jungheinrich, KUKA and MiR. Natural-feature navigation with no reflectors or floor works is stated by FlyWei, Linde, Toyota (as one of two modes), Hyster, KUKA, Global AGV and Oakmount. Every other entry reads not stated, which is a question to ask, not a verdict.

Each entry carries the same eight fields. Every value was read from the supplier’s own website, a fetched trade report or the Companies House register on 23 September 2026, and the source is named under each entry. Where a page does not state a fact the field reads “Not stated”; we did not fill gaps from memory or from third-party directories. Suppliers are grouped by channel, not ranked, and no prices, market shares or install counts are quoted because none of the suppliers publishes them in a comparable form.

How much does an AGV forklift cost?

No AGV forklift supplier in this directory publishes a list price, and FlyWei does not either. The price of a working truck depends on its class, navigation and safety options, the fleet software, integration with your WMS and whether you buy, hire or lease; a single truck also costs more per unit than a fleet. What is the difference between buying an AGV forklift from a dealer and from an integrator?

A dealer resells a maker's truck and adds hire, delivery and regional service; automation commissioning and software usually come from the maker behind it. A vendor-neutral integrator such as FlyWei surveys the site, chooses the truck class per task from more than one source, supplies the fleet manager and commissions and supports the whole fleet itself. Dealers suit a single automated truck added to an existing fleet; integrators suit mixed fleets and phased roll-outs.

Which automated forklifts are the best?

The best automated forklift is the one whose class fits the job: pallet trucks for horizontal moves, stackers for low and mid racking, counterbalance trucks for wider aisles and heavier loads, reach trucks for high bays. Then compare navigation type, CE marking and a PUWER and LOLER compliant deployment, stated VDA 5050 support and UK engineer cover.
